The Association Agreement Should Specify
As set out in the LSB25 service provider portal specification, the written agreement should cover the following.
- Eligibility and verification requirements.
- Actual services, facilities and benefits included.
- Payment method, invoice and acknowledgement.
- Rights and responsibilities of both parties.
- Cancellation, suspension and termination terms.
- Confirmation that the fee does not guarantee clients, referrals, case assignments or income.
